What we collect
When you contact us through this website, request a proposal, or sign in to the owner portal, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, property details, and any messages. For owner portal users, we additionally maintain operating records (rent collection, work orders, distributions, documents) tied to the properties under our management.
SMS communications
If you opt in to SMS communications, we may send tenant or owner notifications via text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide property management services, respond to inquiries, send statements and notices, and comply with applicable Indiana law (including trust accounting and security deposit requirements).
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (DoorLoop for property management software, Supabase for portal authentication, our accountants and attorneys when legally required). All providers are bound by confidentiality terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@stewardshipassetgroup.com. Owner records may be subject to retention requirements under Indiana law for up to 7 years.
