John founded Stewardship Asset Group after a decade of acquiring, managing, and selling commercial assets across Northwest Indiana. He currently owns and operates a portfolio of office, retail, and medical properties, which is why every owner he represents gets advice grounded in real-world ownership economics — not theory.

Amanda owns the relationship layer of every property in our portfolio. From vendor approvals over $1k to monthly distribution confirmations to the dozens of small clarifications that keep an asset running smoothly, she is the human you actually talk to when you call.

Tim is the engineer of how things run. He audits every property quarterly, manages the vendor bid process, escalates maintenance issues before they become crises, and owns the data integrity behind every owner statement we send.
